Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
You have:
•
previously been Chief of Staff at a high-growth tech company or have at least 4 years in a similar position driving outcomes for a venture-backed company
•
A generalist’s range, moving between strategy, execution, and the details without losing momentum
•
Strong analytical and written communication skills
•
A high degree of ownership and comfort operating autonomously in ambiguity
•
The judgment to be trusted with sensitive information and to work closely with the founders

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work directly with the CEO to ensure the company’s most important projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Own cross-functional projects end to end, filling gaps wherever the business needs it most.

Turn ambiguous goals into plans, then into shipped outcomes.
•
Prepare materials for the board, investors, and the team.
•
Build the operating cadence that keeps a fast-growing company aligned.
The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
