Job Summary:
Frazier & Deeter is seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial leader to drive the growth and expansion of our Marital Dissolution Litigation Support & Forensic Advisory practice. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing client relationships, leading complex marital dissolution engagements, expanding service offerings, mentoring professionals, and serving as a key contributor to the strategic growth of the practice.
The ideal candidate is a recognized expert in marital dissolution litigation support, forensic accounting, business valuation, and dispute advisory services with a demonstrated history of building attorney relationships, generating revenue, and advising attorneys, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals through complex financial matters. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, expert witness, and market-facing leader who can help elevate Frazier & Deeter’s presence in the litigation and forensic accounting marketplace.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•
Lead and grow the firm’s Marital Dissolution Litigation Support & Forensic Advisory practice, with a focus on expanding revenue, market presence, and service offerings.
•
Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, law firms, private clients, referral sources, and centers of influence to drive new business opportunities.
•
Manage financial analyses related to divorce and matrimonial matters, including marital balance sheets, income analyses, business valuations, tracing of separate property, and support calculations.
•
Provide expert witness testimony, deposition support, mediation assistance, and trial preparation.
•
Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the firm’s litigation and forensic services capabilities.
•
Collaborate with Partners and leadership across Tax, Advisory, Wealth, and Family Office services to provide integrated client solutions.
•
Lead engagement economics, resource planning, staffing, and profitability management.
•
Mentor, coach, and develop a team of litigation support, valuation, and forensic professionals.
•
Review and approve reports, expert findings, and client deliverables to ensure technical excellence and high-quality client service.
•
Represent the firm through speaking engagements, professional organizations, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
•
Champion innovation and process improvements that enhance client service, practice efficiency, and scalability.
Education & Experience:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
•
CPA required.
•
Advanced credentials such as ABV, CVA, CFF, CFE, ASA, CFA, or equivalent highly preferred.
•
8+ years of experience in litigation support, forensic accounting, business valuation, or dispute advisory services.
•
Demonstrated success leading and growing a marital dissolution litigation support practice
•
Significant experience serving as an expert witness and preparing expert reports.
•
Established network of attorney, family law, business litigation, and referral relationships.
•
Proven track record of business development, practice growth, and revenue generation.
•
Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing professional teams.
•
Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients, attorneys, judges, and juries.
•
Exceptional analytical, presentation, and relationship management skills.
