Responsibilities
The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our clients and ensuring that our products are running efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of technology and company products.

Works to achieve operational, functional, and/or business targets within team with major impact on departmental or job family results, using extensive technical principles

Seasoned technical contributor; works under limited supervision
•
Works independently on a wide range of moderately complex projects and may be responsible for entire projects or processes within team

May contribute to the development of goals and planning efforts for the department
Requirements:
Experience in a technical, electrical or mechanical field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and travel as needed
