We are looking for a motivated and supportive Engineering Team Manager to lead our Foundations & Enablement team — the group that keeps the rest of engineering fast, secure, and consistent. Your team’s customers are other engineering teams: you’ll own the standards, tooling, and shared systems (CI/CD, security practices, developer experience, core platform capabilities) that every other team builds on. You will own your team’s people, performance, growth, and capacity, and you’ll lead engineers across both frontend and backend, so you’re comfortable managing outside your own core discipline. You’ll serve requests from multiple product teams while also driving your own technical roadmap for the platform, and bring strong judgment to prioritize across both. You’ll also partner closely with our Infrastructure team on shared platform concerns.
