As the Growth Product Manager, your mission is to find, acquire and retain customers for Docusign. You will be spearheading efforts to expand Docusign’s footprint to reach every business and individual on the planet. This role goes far beyond optimization - it’s about creating entirely new growth levers, customer experiences, and offerings that push the boundaries of what Docusign can do, and who we do it for. In this role, you will identify opportunities to launch and test novel experiences and end-to-end growth initiatives that unlock new audiences, activate new acquisition channels, and provide additional value to our customers. You will partner closely with our team of growth experts with the support of the broader organization cutting across product, marketing, and sales. Your goal will be to unleash Docusign’s potential by paving the way for new Customer Growth initiatives to become a central part of Docusign’s business model. Responsibility Accelerate Docusign’s customer growth and revenue growth by identifying and creating new experiences, new acquisition channels, and new growth loops Develop a deep understanding of our customer acquisition, conversion, and retention mechanisms Scout out and identify new opportunities for Docusign to land new customers that will stay with Docusign for the long term Size them up and rally the team to prioritize it with powerful storytelling that’s easy for everyone to understand and woven through numbers Bring key ideas to life through cross-functional teams via rapid experimentation to set the idea into motion, prove hypotheses and build conviction Partner with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and sales to stand up pilot programs or rethink existing programs Demonstrate wins that can directly connect back to company performance in topline revenue, retention or customer growth and inform future business strategy
