We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Fintech Platform team. This team is responsible for our ledger that supports multiple distinct fintech products, integrating with banking partners and lenders, and scaling our fintech platform to meet growing demand.

Demonstrates pride, ownership, and accountability for your team’s outcomes, and builds that same sense of ownership in the engineers you lead

Shares opinions openly on what’s working and what’s not across the product, tech stack, and team processes, and creates the safety for your team to do the same

Builds feedback loops into how the team works, coaching engineers to seek input early and often rather than waiting until the end

Guides the team through speed vs quality tradeoffs, making the reasoning explicit so the right call is clear even under pressure
