Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of experience working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with NCAA collegiate athletes, professional sports, military, or other high-demand populations.
Certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience in designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for individuals and groups.
Demonstrated experience delivering training and education on injury mitigation and physical conditioning.
Capable of working outdoors for extended periods in all weather.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of time.
Proficiently utilize computers, software, and technologies to document work performed, utilization, or other information requirements.
