The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will provide telehealth services to clients throughout Washington, with a focus on assessment, treatment planning, therapy delivery, and ongoing clinical documentation.
This position requires sound clinical judgment, consistent follow-through, and the ability to provide structured care in a remote setting. The therapist will also participate in virtual consultations, trainings, and case reviews as part of the clinical team.
Responsibilities
•
Conduct telehealth intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
•
Document diagnoses, clinical impressions, and treatment recommendations
•
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress
•
Complete EMR notes and required documentation in a timely manner
•
Participate in virtual consultations, trainings, and case reviews
•
Follow established escalation procedures when safety concerns arise
Requirements
•
Active Washington license: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT
•
Master’s/Doctoral degree in a related field
•
Strong assessment and documentation skills
•
Experience in clinical therapy preferred
