A leading telecom company is seeking an experienced Head of Facilities to lead the company’s facilities strategy and operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality workplace environment across all sites and offices.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall facilities management strategy in line with the company’s business objectives.
•
Lead facilities operations across corporate offices, branches, technical sites, and other company facilities.
•
Oversee building maintenance, MEP systems, utilities, security, cleaning, catering, space management, and other facility services.
•
Manage and develop relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
•
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
•
Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring effective cost control and optimization.
•
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
•
Oversee facility-related projects, renovations, relocations, and office expansions.
•
Establish and monitor KPIs and service-level agreements to ensure high standards of facilities services.
•
Identify opportunities for energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational cost reduction.
•
Ensure effective emergency preparedness, crisis management, and business continuity across facilities.
•
Lead, manage, and develop the facilities team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•
10+ years of experience in facilities management, with proven experience in a leadership role.
•
Experience managing facilities across large-scale organizations, preferably within telecom, technology, FMCG, banking, or other multinational environments.
•
Strong experience in managing multiple sites, vendors, contractors, and facility-related projects.
•
Strong knowledge of MEP, building maintenance, HSE, security, and facility operations.
•
Proven experience in budget management, cost optimization, and contract/vendor management.
•
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
•
Strong knowledge of facilities management standards, regulations, and best practices.
