ABOUT YOU Outlet is a European online fashion shopping club with its own app and website. We offer daily exclusive deals on curated styles, limited drops, for fashion-driven customers. We’re a motivated, international product and tech team that owns the full ABOUT YOU Outlet experience from concept to launch. Engineers, quality assurance specialists, product managers, and UI/UX designers work closely together – combining technical excellence with a strong focus on the user. We move fast, stay aligned, and turn ideas into solutions.
Job Description
Responsibilities
•
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Paid Social, SEA, and Display
•
Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to continuously improve results
•
Support budget planning, monitoring, and allocation across marketing channels
•
Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
•
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Pricing, Analytics, and Tech
•
Research emerging trends, tools, and platforms in performance marketing
Qualifications
•
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a comparable field
•
Initial practical experience in performance marketing or e-commerce through internships, working student positions, or a first full-time role
•
Passion for digital advertising and data-driven decision-making
•
Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers and KPIs
•
Structured, independent, and proactive way of working
•
Hands-on mentality and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
•
Excellent English skills
Nice To Have
•
Knowledge of app marketing or paid social
•
Initial experience with tools such as Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar platforms
