Partner with Transplant, Hematology, Oncology, Critical Care, Pharmacy, Hospital Medicine, and Infection Prevention teams.
•
Participate in regular multidisciplinary patient-review conferences and care-pathway development.
•
Expand inpatient consultation capacity and outpatient access for follow-up and longitudinal care.
A Practice Designed for Collaboration and Impact

Join an established Infectious Disease program within Abbott Northwestern, the largest private hospital in the Twin Cities and a regional destination for specialized care.
•
Practice in an integrated health system with access to broad specialty expertise, advanced pharmacy support, and Epic.
•
Incorporate whole-person care through collaboration with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing, a national leader in integrative care.
