About the role
We are looking for an T&E Analyst to provide temporary support for a project lasting up to two months. The role will focus on reconciling corporate credit card transactions, resolving outstanding expense-related balances and supporting the reconciliation of prepayments.
You will
•
Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and outstanding balances.
•
Follow up with employees regarding outstanding expense report submissions.
•
Investigate and resolve unreconciled expense-related balances.
•
Support the reconciliation of prepayments in the system.
•
Cooperate with the finance team to ensure outstanding balances are cleared efficiently.
Requirements
•
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes.
•
Experience with account reconciliation and resolving outstanding balances.
•
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to financial data.
•
Strong English communication skills.
•
Ability to work independently and proactively on a short-term assignment.
•
Greek language skills would be an advantage.
•
Availability for a temporary assignment of up to 2 months.
