We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our human resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records. Support performance management, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
•
Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
•
Coordinate training sessions and development programs.
•
Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions, including filing, correspondence, and documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in an HR support role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
