About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Loan Processor to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for supporting both loan processing and credit assessment functions. Responsibilities:
•
Manage end-to-end loan processing: application to settlement
•
Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties
•
Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility
•
Prepare loan documentation, serviceability calculations, and lender comparisons
•
Use CRM systems like ApplyOnline, MyCRM, Mercury, or Infynity
•
Stay current with lender policies and industry updates
Requirements
Qualifications:
•
1-2 years of experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker
•
Strong understanding of both loan processing and credit analysis
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
•
Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
•
Familiarity with major and non-major lenders in Australia
