Oversee financial performance, managing budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses to ensure profitability
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing their needs and feedback proactively

Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute club events and activities

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

Effectively market the club and attract new members through promotional strategies
Requirements
•
Prior experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role in the golf industry.

In-depth knowledge of club management, operations, and golf programming.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building effective teams.

Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
