* Coordinate and oversee all electrical construction activities, ensuring works meet design intent, schedule, and technical standards. * Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, statutory requirements, applicable standards, and HSE regulations relevant to the project location * Review and validate design drawings, submittals, and technical documentation for constructability and compliance. * Manage on-site interfaces between electrical systems and other disciplines (Mechanical, Controls, CSA). * Manage the electrical interface with grid/utility providers and enabling works, including grid connection readiness, energisation planning, LOTO requirements, permit-to-work coordination and safe handover into commissioning. * Monitor and report on progress, identify risks, and support schedule recovery planning across all electrical packages, ensuring visibility and alignment across the wider delivery team. * Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and testing throughout installation and commissioning phases. * Support integrated systems testing (IST) and ensure complete verification and documentation of electrical systems. * Conduct regular coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues. * Promote a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across all project activities.
