Engineering Manager: Regulatory Reporting Data
The Regulatory Reporting group is a foundational pillar of Adyen’s licensed financial operations. It enables Adyen to meet its obligations to regulators, central banks, and supervisory authorities across the globe through accurate, auditable, and timely reporting. The group delivers the data pipelines, models, controls, and reporting products that demonstrate compliance with regimes such as tax, prudential and statistical reporting. It is a key driver of Adyen’s license to operate and of the trust placed in us by regulators, merchants, and partners alike.
As an Engineering Manager in the Regulatory Reporting group, you will lead a cross-functional team of talented and motivated individuals to deliver reporting products that are accurate, reliable, timely, scalable, and auditable. You will work closely with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and product development teams to translate evolving regulatory requirements into robust engineering solutions, and to set a new standard for how regulatory reporting is built and operated across the company.
