The Senior Director, IT leads Moloco’s global IT strategy, operations, and employee technology experience, building and scaling secure, reliable, and cost-effective services across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will lay the groundwork for responsible, scalable integration of AI into daily workflows while leading a global team of IT managers and engineers who own the roadmap for end-user computing, collaboration, and core corporate infrastructure. In partnership with Security, Workplace, People, and Finance, you ensure these systems are robust, easy to use, and aligned with Moloco’s business and security priorities.
As a member of the leadership team, you set the direction for how technology and AI enable Moloco’s mission and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership and business units on technology strategy, IT transformation, and AI adoption. You influence company culture, ensure technology is a competitive advantage, and help leaders understand competitive implications, organizational readiness, and how emerging technologies reshape our capabilities and risk profile.
