What teams do Graduate Analysts join at Zopa?
After completing our training programme, you’ll join one of our teams. As you grow, you’ll have opportunities to explore new projects and internal moves. You can expect to:
•
Take real ownership from day one – using data to investigate problems, test ideas and recommend improvements to our products, customer experience and business performance.
•
Build your technical skills using cutting edge tools and techniques
•
Turn data into insights and communicate these to stakeholders across functions and levels
You’ll learn more about each area of Analytics at Zopa throughout our hiring process and training programme. To give you a flavour of the different opportunities…
Shape the lending decisions that drive Zopa’s growth and profitability. You will develop, model and test lending strategies, explore how changes affect customers and commercial performance, and help turn analysis into real lending decisions.
Build insight and recommendations that drive product decisions, prioritisation and strategy. You will run in-depth analysis, design tests, monitor performance, and build self-serve tools to enable others in their work (for example, conversational analytics).
Design and deploy cutting-edge predictive models that power Zopa’s products and decisions. You will be pushing boundaries in both the data sources and techniques that you apply to some of our most challenging problems, taking ideas from the experimentation stage through to production deployment.
The roles of Zopians in our Technology teams are varied and rapidly evolving as the power of the tools we use to support building, testing, and deploying software grow more powerful. We have exciting opportunities across a broad set of disciplines including software engineering, data engineering, analytic engineering, information security, and technology delivery.
The management of risk is an area where we see huge potential benefit from the application of large language models and associated deep learning techniques. You will apply your analytic skills to a wide range of challenges from across the business such as customer experience, financial crime, diagnosing technology incidents, and much more.
