About the Role:
Responsibilities
Looking for proficient Chiller sales professionals who can Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel, Consultants, architects, developers, contractors, and end customers to generate business opportunities.
Role Responsibilities:
•
Drive sales growth of Commercial Applied products including Chillers, Heat Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and related HVAC solutions within the assigned territory with 6 to 10 years of experience.
•
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel, Consultants, architects, developers, contractors, and end customers to generate business opportunities.
•
Identify project opportunities in commercial buildings, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, data center, and infrastructure segments.
•
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, project quotations, and bid submissions as per customer requirements.
•
Manage project pipelines through CRM and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into orders.
•
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, documentation, and reporting requirements.
•
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and profitability goals for the region.
Role Purpose:
•
Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals, chilled water systems, and central air-conditioning applications.
•
Hands-on experience in Commercial Applied HVAC sales, particularly Chillers and associated systems, knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and HVAC controls.
•
Experience working with consultants, MEP contractors, EPCs, developers, and key project stakeholders.
•
Understanding of energy-efficient HVAC solutions and sustainability requirements.
•
Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
•
Experience in value engineering and business development initiatives.
•
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Minimum Requirements:
Nice to have
•
Minimum B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
•
Experience working and managing consultant relationships will be an added advantage.
•
Apply in-depth knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning cycles for system optimization and Familiarity with heat transfer, thermodynamics, refrigeration principles, and building cooling load concepts.
