The DTC E-commerce Marketing Manager will take over the day-to-day marketing function currently managed by the CEO, owning everything that creates an order.
The role covers paid ads, email and SMS, organic social, promotions, site conversion, and follow-up on inbound leads. Everything after the order is managed by a separate operations lead.
The DTC E-commerce Marketing Manager will lead a small team of specialists across outbound sales, email and SMS, organic social, and design. The team handles execution, while this role sets priorities, writes briefs, maintains standards, and brings the different functions together into one funnel.
This person will personally own strategy, the promotional calendar, weekly performance reporting, conversion experiments, and creative direction from day one.
