•
Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to identify trends in customer concerns and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives

Stay fully up to date with product knowledge, service updates, and internal processes to ensure accurate and confident communication with customers
•
Represent the company brand with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude in every customer interaction
Requirements
•
Native or fluent Hungarian language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role
•
Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation and employment eligibility)
•
A good working knowledge of English for internal communications and team collaboration
•
Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a client-facing role within the Customer Support Services industry is advantageous but not strictly required
•
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service
