What You’ll Be Doing
As an Experienced Veterinary Assistant you will:
•
Confidently place IV catheters
•
Draw blood and assist with diagnostics
•
Provide hands-on care and monitoring for hospitalized and critical patients
•
Assist veterinarians during treatments and procedures
•
Support patient comfort, safety, and recovery in a fast-paced setting
•
Help maintain an efficient, organized treatment area
•
Answer phones and deliver exceptional customer service
•
Detail oriented
What We’re Looking For
•
Minimum of 5 years as a Veterinary Assistant
•
Confidence in IV catheter placement and jugular blood draws
•
Strong patient handling and restraint skills
•
Ability to stay calm, focused, and compassionate in high-stress situations
•
Ability to participate in any area of the clinic as needed
