You’re a strategic thinker with deep expertise in corporate law, governance and leadership, ready to lead and inspire a high-performing legal team. As General Counsel & Company Secretary, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and Board, ensuring legal, regulatory and governance excellence across the business.
In this role, you’ll own Culture Amp’s global legal strategy while leading the Directors of Legal (Commercial, and Product & Privacy). You’ll be central to managing corporate governance frameworks, supporting the Board and its committees, and advising on high-stakes calls including AI adoption, capital raises, M&A and major commercial contracts.
You’ll bring a strong point of view on privacy, using your judgement on where AI can safely support legal work such as contract review, drafting and research, without compromising on rigour. Your leadership will shape a legal function that helps the business move fast without losing sight of risk.
