HubSpot Expert – Sales Hub, Marketing Hub & Service Hub | Remote

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a HubSpot Expert to own HubSpot implementations, CRM architecture, workflow automation, data migrations, reporting, and client enablement.
This is not a basic CRM Administrator role. You’ll work directly with clients to build scalable systems across HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub, translating business requirements into clean, automated CRM solutions.
If you have deep hands-on HubSpot experience and enjoy combining CRM architecture, automation, RevOps, and client consulting, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
HubSpot Implementation & CRM Architecture
•
Configure and optimize Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
•
Design scalable CRM structures, pipelines, and lifecycle stages
•
Configure custom properties, deal stages, ticket pipelines, and objects
•
Build systems aligned with client sales, marketing, and service processes
•
Audit existing portals and recommend structural improvements
Workflow Automation
•
Build and optimize:
•
Lead routing workflows
•
Nurture sequences
•
Pipeline automations
•
Lifecycle workflows
•
Internal notifications
•
Troubleshoot automation issues and workflow logic
•
Reduce manual processes through scalable automation
Data Migration & CRM Optimization
•
Manage CRM migrations, imports, and database restructuring
•
Handle data mapping, cleanup, validation, and deduplication
•
Maintain strong data integrity and CRM hygiene
•
Ensure migrated data is structured correctly for reporting and automation
Reporting & Analytics
•
Build HubSpot dashboards and custom reports
•
Track pipeline, lifecycle, campaign, and attribution performance
•
Improve reporting structures and visibility
•
Translate CRM data into actionable business insights
Client Onboarding & Training
•
Lead client implementation and onboarding calls
•
Gather requirements and translate them into HubSpot solutions
•
Train clients on workflows, CRM administration, reporting, and best practices
•
Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
•
Maintain strong communication throughout implementation projects
Troubleshooting & Integrations
•
Diagnose workflow, reporting, CRM, and integration issues
•
Support integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms
•
Troubleshoot system errors and configuration problems
•
Document implementations and system configurations
Requirements
•
Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
•
Strong HubSpot CRM architecture and workflow automation experience
•
Experience building:
•
Pipelines and lifecycle stages
•
Lead routing and automation
•
Custom properties
•
Reports and dashboards
•
Experience with CRM migrations, imports, data mapping, cleanup, and validation
•
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service workflows
•
Comfortable leading client onboarding, training, and implementation calls
•
Strong written and verbal English communication
•
Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
•
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
•
Comfortable working U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
•
Active HubSpot certifications
•
Agency or HubSpot consulting experience
•
RevOps or Sales Operations experience
•
Zapier or Make experience
•
API and custom integration knowledge
•
HubSpot CMS experience
•
Experience with more complex multi-system CRM integrations
