You are a hands-on manufacturing process engineering professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering or manufacturing engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. You thrive in a fast-paced production environment and enjoy solving complex process challenges while working collaboratively across functions to deliver high-quality products that meet customer and regulatory requirements within the medical industry. With a strong foundation in metallurgical and mechanical principles, including wire drawing, annealing, and surface treatment processes, you understand how process inputs influence product quality, equipment performance, and manufacturing efficiency. You are comfortable analyzing production data, identifying trends, and implementing improvements that strengthen safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Experience with ERP and MES systems, process monitoring tools, and manufacturing metrics will help you succeed in this role. You are a problem-solver who values innovation and expertise, and you bring a mindset of continuous learning and practical improvement to the work you do every day.
