About the Role
Responsibilities
Process/assess authorized claims transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in claims handling within the required SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Claims Process / Assessment
•
Accurately process/assess all claims types in adherence to company guideline and quality standard
•
Review and approve cases that is within the claims authority granted
•
Review and approve cases that exceed subordinate’s authority (for Senior Associate)
•
Document claims assessments comprehensively, ensuring transparency and clarity in decision making.
•
Ensure meeting individual quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark
•
Shows keenness to develop technical competency by extending claims scope handle or authority limits
•
Maintain a good personal record of training in line with the training framework of the Company
•
Assist guide new joiners on claims processing rules and products knowledge including Review and Feedback for On-The-Job training cases
•
Demonstrate excellent customer centric mindset through highly engaged culture
Other miscellaneous tasks
•
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor / manager in order to meet business requirements
•
Participate in departmental/organizational activities, programs and other tasks required
Job Requirements:
•
Fluent in English & Chinese, with the ability to read and type in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
•
Fresh graduates with backgrounds in Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medical Science, Health Science or Food Science, are encouraged to apply.
•
Candidates with experience in the medical industry, laboratory environment, or insurance claims processing would be an added advantage.
•
Self-motivated, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
•
Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow.
