As a Senior Business Consultant, you’ll be embedded within a squad, leading end-to-end business analysis activities with clear ownership. You’ll transform complex business and customer needs into actionable requirements, identify sources of friction in existing processes, and design improvements to make banking clearer, faster, and easier for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with product, technology, operations, and partner teams, bringing structured problem-solving, Agile fluency, and a high standard of analytical rigor to every task. You’ll also contribute to elevating the quality of the Business Analysis practice by coaching colleagues, establishing standards, and driving continuous improvement. Supported by your Director for craft development and career growth, you’ll be accountable to your squad for the quality and impact of Business Analysis work that supports the outcomes it delivers each day.
