Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Annual salary: $100,000 – $110,000

Responsibilities
•
Lead one-on-one teletherapy sessions for adult clients
•
Develop measurable treatment plans tailored to client needs
•
Monitor and adjust care strategies based on progress
•
Provide supportive strategies for stress management and resilience
•
Document services in compliance with standards
Requirements
•
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
•
Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
•
At least 2 years of clinical experience
•
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
•
Strong communication and technology skills
