Bachelor’s in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related and 42 months experience on large civil infrastructure Design-Build infrastructure (highways, rail systems, airport expansions) construction projects valued at $250 million or more with the following specific experience: Leading digital transformation initiatives and managing innovation programs on infrastructure projects, including highways, rail systems, or airport expansions; Implementing and managing digital construction tools and workflows using at least three (3) of the following software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, Procore, Power BI, or SharePoint, including BIM coordination, data visualization, and document control; Coordinating digital innovation across multidisciplinary teams including design engineers, construction managers, BIM modelers, subcontractors, and technology vendors to optimize field productivity and data integration; Designing and delivering internal training and knowledge-sharing programs to improve digital tool adoption, including model navigation, drone data processing, and QA/QC verification using digital workflows.
