What You’ll Do
•
Perform full windshield replacements, side and rear glass installations, and chips/repairs on a wide variety of vehicles
•
Perform glass calibration and ensure all installations meet strict safety and quality standards
•
Safely operate shop tools, equipment, and calibration systems
•
Efficiently manage job flow and work orders to assist in keeping shop throughput seamless
•
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all shop safety protocols

Who We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Automotive Glass Technician (windshield repair, replacement, and calibration)
•
Strong attention to detail, precision, and efficiency without compromising quality
•
A reliable team player who takes ownership of their work and environment
•
Valid driver’s license
•
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on your feet throughout the day
