We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our automotive assembly team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive parts using hand tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Monday – Friday

6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. OT and weekends depend on production needs
Pay
•
$15.50 per hour
•
+$1.50 per hour shift premium for afternoon shift
Responsibilities
•
Assemble automotive parts according to work instructions and quality standards.
•
Use hand tools and other basic assembly equipment safely and effectively.
•
Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy.
•
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
•
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
•
Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned.
