We’re looking for an Arena Marketing Manager to own user acquisition, engagement, and community growth for Arena.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You’ll be responsible for growing a highly technical audience of AI red-teamers, security researchers, hackers, builders, and AI safety enthusiasts. You’ll design experiments, launch campaigns, build partnerships, manage creators and influencers, activate communities, and develop repeatable growth engines that increase participation across Arena challenges.
Success in this role means attracting more qualified participants, increasing challenge engagement, and helping Arena become the default place where top AI security talent gathers.
You’ll work closely with product, research, partnerships, and leadership teams while having significant autonomy to shape strategy and execution.
