• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience servicing UPS systems, battery systems, DC power equipment, generators, switchgear, data center infrastructure, or other mission-critical electrical infrastructure.
• Experience supporting equipment from manufacturers such as Eaton, Vertiv/Liebert, Schneider Electric/APC, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, ABB, or comparable critical power platforms is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of AC and DC electrical theory, power distribution systems, and battery technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience using multimeters, power quality analyzers, battery testing equipment, and other diagnostic tools.
• Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and electronic system failures.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professional accountability.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned service territory, including occasional overnight travel as required.
• Military veterans with backgrounds in electronics, avionics, communications, radar, power generation, electrical maintenance, nuclear power, or related technical specialties are highly encouraged to apply.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to meet company vehicle requirements.
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings, including a drug screening and background check, where applicable.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or move equipment and materials weighing up to 100 pounds with or without assistance.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach overhead, and work in confined or restricted-access areas.
• Ability to work safely around energized electrical equipment and within mission-critical customer environments.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced field environments while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned service territory, including overnight and multi-day travel as business needs require. Per diem is provided for qualifying travel.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to customer emergencies when required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance Access to customer facilities, including data centers, telecommunications sites, healthcare facilities, industrial locations, and government installations.
