We are looking for a strong program leader and strategic operator who can autonomously execute complex enterprise initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll wear multiple hats—Technical Program Manager, Agile Coach, Process Designer, Storyteller, and Systems Thinker—driving some of the most critical Financial Data Product initiatives at MX while partnering with engineering and product leadership to align on high-impact outcomes and scalable architectures.
From day one, you’ll influence both product strategy and technical execution—helping us build and improve our platform while scaling the organization itself. You’ll bring expertise in best-in-class frameworks for work intake, prioritization, SDLC optimization, team management, and decision-making, with the ability to navigate technical trade-offs, increase developer velocity, and create clarity across ambiguous problems.
