We are currently sourcing exceptional candidates for the Dutch Speaking - Sales Support Agent (Home Delivery of Frozen Food) position in Greece. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•
Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding premium frozen food home delivery services.
•
Provide personalized product recommendations to clients, enhancing the customer experience within the Food & Beverage sector.
•
Efficiently process orders, handle scheduling, and resolve any logistics-related queries for food delivery.
•
Actively promote new seasonal food lines and special culinary bundles to existing and prospective clients.
•
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate communication in Dutch.
•
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless delivery service for our frozen food products.
•
Utilize CRM tools to document client interactions and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Requirements
•
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
•
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
•
Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
•
Strong communication skills and a passion for providing premium service in a fast-paced environment.
•
Ability to work independently as part of a remote team while maintaining high performance standards.
•
High level of digital literacy and familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications.
