Make your mark in Forensic Accounting
AIG’s Forensic Accounting Unit within Claims applies accounting and financial analysis to help evaluate and quantify complex commercial insurance losses. The team works across a variety of businesses and claims, using financial data, accounting principles, and investigative techniques to support accurate loss measurement and informed claims decisions.
As a Forensic Analyst, you will work alongside experienced forensic accountants, claims professionals, and other subject matter experts to analyze financial information, evaluate business losses, and contribute to the resolution of complex claims. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in forensic accounting, commercial insurance, and financial analysis while developing a strong foundation within AIG’s Claims organization.
How you will make an impact
AIG’s Summer Interns are immersed in the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving, global insurance company. During the 9-week program, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience and insurance industry knowledge, working with leaders on dynamic projects, with plenty of opportunity for challenges, learning and achievement.
Summer Interns join one of our key business teams, which offers a unique opportunity to obtain core technical knowledge and professional skills in a diverse environment. In addition to meaningful on-the-job experiences, interns will join instructor-led masterclasses, hear directly from senior leaders, and build meaningful connections through mentoring circles, networking events and volunteering.
Following completion of the internship program, interns may be considered for a role in the location where they completed their internship, with the Analyst program beginning in July 2028.
