Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities:
•
Oversee the preparation of reports for regulatory authorities and various government agencies (tax returns, regulatory accounting reports, transfer pricing reports, among others)
•
Oversee the preparation of financial reports in accordance with financial regulations. Responsible for reporting financial statements to government authorities.
•
Oversee APMTC’s compliance with tax and regulatory obligations. Responsible for financial audits, tax audits, and audits by government entities.
•
Coordinate with banks to ensure adequate support for Treasury Department processes.
•
Identify and implement projects to improve accounting, treasury, and billing processes
Requirements
We expect you to have:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
•
Legal knowledge, collections, internal audit, treasury, corporate affairs, corporate finance, accounting, taxation, cost accounting, processes.
•
5 years of experience as Finance Manager, Administration and Finance Manager , Chief Financial Officer or similar positions.
•
Continuous improvement and process-driven mindset, Lean is a differential
•
Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
