Minimum of 1 year of professional hands-on experience.
•
Experience with a modern server side language and willingness to learn Golang. Our legacy is Ruby/Rails.
•
REST APIs; understanding how to build and consume HTTP APIs.
•
Proficiency in SQL. Comfort with writing queries and understands relational data models.
•
Product-minded approach. Comfortable working directly with product partners, navigating ambiguity, understanding customer problems, and making tradeoffs that balance technical quality with shipping value.

Curiosity about AI tooling. We use AI daily for development and are shipping AI-powered features; you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be eager to experiment.
