Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that they have a positive experience. Your strength in customer service, office administration, and advanced technical skills will help foster strong client relationships and streamline daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
•
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
•
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and service updates.
•
Support client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
•
Prepare client meeting materials.
•
Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems.
•
Process incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone communications.
•
Assist with document collection, organization, and secure storage.
•
Support compliance and record-keeping requirements.
Qualifications
•
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
•
Ability to handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
