· To ensure time sheets are completed accurately and on time including break times recorded.

· Window Cleaning (High level & Low level).
· Kitchen / Food Production Area Cleaning.
· Hard Floor Cleaning & Maintenance.
· Carpet and upholstery cleaning Programmes.
· Support the wider Soft Services function in the case of planned leave or absence.
· Car Park and Public Area Maintenance.
· Factory / Production Area Cleaning.
· Ad Hoc Cleaning Requests as directed from time to time.
· Support the growth of the business, where possible, by up-selling and cross-selling to the customer and by passing on potential sales leads.
· Support any customer initiatives which could lead to longer term benefits to both the customer and ABM.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as reasonably requested by a member of the ABM Management team.
