Responsibilities
Provides IT user support, including expert IT consultations.
Handles updates, installation, administration, maintenance, and backup of all assigned programs and systems.
Coordinates application development with external IT vendors, including direct communication with them.
Ensures data security and protects data against unauthorized access.
Collaborates with external vendors in the area of IT infrastructure.
