We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer with 4–6 years of experience to help shape the future of our enterprise SaaS platform. You’ll work on complex workflows, large-scale systems, and data-rich interfaces used by professional users. This role requires strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complexity into intuitive, efficient experiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive business value while meeting the needs of enterprise customers.
Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design for core product areas, from discovery through delivery and iteration
•
Design complex, data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, admin panels, workflows) with a focus on usability and scalability
•
Translate business requirements, technical constraints, and user needs into thoughtful design solutions
•
Conduct user research with enterprise customers, including interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis
•
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate interaction and behavior
•
Contribute to and evolve a robust design system to ensure consistency across a large product ecosystem
•
Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
•
Partner with Product and Data teams to leverage insights and metrics in decision-making
•
Advocate for accessibility, performance, and usability in all design work
•
Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes and team practices
