Role Summary
The Senior Analyst is responsible for leading complex, customer-facing technical projects from discovery through delivery. This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to define scope, shape implementation strategy, manage day-to-day execution, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management and client communication skills with enough technical depth to support data analysis, troubleshooting, and scripting work as needed. This role requires someone who can confidently lead critical customer conversations, manage expectations, navigate ambiguity, and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.
Team Summary
The team supports customer-facing technical project delivery, implementation execution, and cross-functional coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Team members work together to manage complex engagements, resolve issues, support delivery quality, and improve customer outcomes.

Essential Job Responsibilities
•
Lead end-to-end technical projects, including discovery, scoping, planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
•
Own customer-facing project conversations, including strategy sessions, status updates, risk management discussions, issue resolution, and executive-level stakeholder communication.
•
Drive project scoping and strategy by translating customer needs into clear requirements, timelines, deliverables, and execution plans.
•
Manage day-to-day project operations, including timelines, dependencies, action items, escalations, and cross-functional coordination.
•
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to align on goals, priorities, assumptions, and implementation approach.
•
Analyze and validate data to support project decisions, troubleshoot issues, and confirm successful delivery.
•
Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze data as needed.
•
Develop Python scripts or utilities to streamline analysis, automate repetitive work, or support technical troubleshooting.
•
Identify technical, operational, and data-related risks early and drive mitigation plans.
•
Resolve complex issues involving data discrepancies, workflow mismatches, integration challenges, or process breakdowns.
•
Document project scope, requirements, decisions, risks, and outcomes in a clear and organized manner.
•
Work closely with engineering, product, operations, and client teams to unblock issues and ensure delivery.
•
Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities while maintaining high-quality execution.
•
Recommend process improvements and contribute to scalable delivery methods and operational excellence.
•
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate technical complexity and make informed implementation decisions.
•
Support onboarding or mentoring of teammates on project process, technical workflows, and best practices.
•
Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, support scripting and troubleshooting, and improve project documentation while applying human judgment to verify outputs.
•
Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives and customer success.

Assist in maintaining effective project reporting, tracking, and communication practices.
•
Participate in knowledge sharing and best-practice development across the team.

Help support scalable methods for managing complex customer-facing technical work.
Expected Education & Experience
•
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, science, or a related field.
•
5+ years of experience in technical project management, implementation, healthcare IT, and data migration.
•
Strong experience managing customer-facing technical engagements and critical stakeholder conversations.
•
Proven ability to drive scoping, planning, and strategy for complex technical projects.
•
Hands-on experience managing projects end to end in a fast-paced environment.
•
Proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
•
Experience with Python scripting for automation, data handling, or technical analysis is preferred.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
•
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
•
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
•
Comfort working with distributed teams across geographies and time zones.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard project or data tools.
•
Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools is a plus.
•
Ability to adapt quickly, operate with urgency, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
•
Experience in US healthcare, health IT, or EHR-related work is required.
•
PMP certification is an added advantage.
