The Client Executive is the senior leader who owns the relationship, the commercial outcome, and the strategic direction of Neighborly Software’s most important client accounts. Client Executives are the executive face of Neighborly Software to state agency executives, county executives, territory executives, and program leadership at our enterprise clients. They are the continuous partner across the multi-year lifecycle of these accounts - from pursuit through implementation, steady-state delivery, program-phase transitions, and expansion.
This is not a traditional account management role. Client Executives are senior professionals with deep domain expertise in government technology, federally funded programs, complex grants management, or related fields. Client Executives navigate complexity, manage layered stakeholder environments, and serve as trusted advisors who understand how these programs actually work. They own the full scope of the client relationship: client priorities and program outcomes, the delivery experience, pricing, profitability, and proactive expansion strategy.
