• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 7+ years of experience in HR, People Systems, or related roles, with a strong emphasis on systems ownership, process design, or HR technology
• Technical understanding is a must (minimum level of understanding how APIs and Webhooks function). Familiarity with Python, Power Automate, Airflow, or AI-driven tools is a strong advantage
• Proven experience owning or contributing to People Systems or HRIS roadmaps
• Strong hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms
• Demonstrated experience working with external vendors and influencing product roadmaps
• Experience supporting or leading People Systems workstreams for mergers & acquisitions
• Proven ability to identify, design, and implement automation and self-service solutions
• Experience creating and maintaining high-quality end-user documentation (e.g. Confluence or similar tools)
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) and a strong data-driven mindset
• Experience using Jira or comparable ticketing and project tracking systems
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, vlookups, complex formulas)
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast-growing, global environment
