Working Conditions and Essential Functions
•
Full-time, based on our Montpelier, VT campus with required on-site presence Monday through Thursday. This is an on-site expectation, not a preference, given the confidential and in-person nature of the support this role provides.
•
Occasional flexibility outside standard business hours during peak periods such as board weeks, open enrollment, and other major associate events
•
Occasional travel to the Addison, TX campus
•
Prolonged periods working at a computer; ability to move about the campus to support meetings and events
