About the role
The Assistant Ocean Export Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and supervising daily operations and data accuracy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Handle customer complaints

Handle customer enquires
•
Assist supervisor to train & monitor discipline of staff
•
Communicate with carrier’s customer service
•
Cooperate with subcontractor’s operations
•
Problem solving with subcontractor
•
Communicate with JAS’s overseas on advance level of operations
