· Lead the development, integration, testing, and release of ADAS algorithms for automotive safety applications such as ACC, AEB, and related driver assistance features.
· Design and develop high-quality embedded software solutions using C and C++ while ensuring performance, scalability, and robustness.
· Collaborate with global platform teams, customers, and project stakeholders to successfully integrate algorithm stacks into customer programs.
· Utilize MATLAB/Simulink-based development methodologies to analyze, validate, optimize, and enhance algorithm performance.
· Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, drive problem-solving activities, and support customer-facing technical discussions.
