Requirements
If you’re a preschool teacher, Montessori guide, early childhood educator, teaching assistant, or someone with hands-on experience helping young children grow, you already bring skills that matter at FirstSteps.
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll use those skills in a one-on-one, play-based environment, helping children with autism build communication, social, independence, and everyday life skills.
No ABA experience? That’s okay. Your experience working with children is the foundation. We’ll teach you the rest.
